Holiday Crafts Sale

Acceptance Information

The Port Townsend Arts Guild’s Annual Holiday Crafts Sale will be held Friday, November 29th and Saturday, November 30th, 2024 from 10am-5pm in Uptown at the Port Townsend Community Center (620 Tyler St.).

Booth assignments will be made just prior to the fair date when the spaces have been filled. We do our best to honor space requests with the limited space we have. 10x10 booths are located on the lower level, in the gym with stairs at all entrances, and in the lower level lobby which is accessible and table spaces are located on the upper level. Be prepared to hand carry displays as there are steps leading to the gym and limited parking at the upstairs entrance.

Booth setup is Friday from 7am-10am, with the event opening at 10am. All vendors must be checked in by 9am on Friday and open for business by 10am. If your booth is upstairs, the easiest entry for load in is off the main parking lot. If your booth is in the lower level gym, there are two different doors you can load in through, one off of Clay St. and one off of Taylor St. There is also an entrance through the lower level lobby off of Clay St. & Lawrence St. There are stairs no matter which way you enter the gym, so come prepared. There is no Thanksgiving Day set up.

After quickly unloading, immediately park your vehicle 2 blocks away from the building to allow other vendors to unload. The Farmers Market will be open on Saturday on Tyler Street. Your display must remain open until closing at 5pm on both days or you will not be invited to participate in future shows.

Keep all displays and products within your assigned area as this is a tight fair and you cannot intrude on your neighbor’s space or the aisle. The Community Center requests that no tacks, tape, etc. be used on the walls or columns- all backdrops must be free-standing. Also, please do not drag anything that will mar the floors. A 5% commission is collected at the end of the fair to benefit the local food bank and a receipt will be mailed to you for tax purposes if requested.

Please bring finger foods or bottled drinks for a refreshment table. Coffee and tea will be provided for our customers. There will be live music provided on the lower level stage and in the upstairs lobby.
